TO ORDER TRANSCRIPTS
If you are in need of your high school transcripts, there are only 2 CHOICES to obtain a copy of your high school transcripts. All requests must be received in writing, including payment and proof of identity. Incomplete submissions will not be completed.
CHOICE 1 - In-person - 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM daily

Bring your Driver's license or Government issued form of identification

Bring $2.00 cash per copy; We do not accept card payments or any other electronic payments.

We can only provide a copy of the records to the individual listed on the record(s). If you would like a different individual (parent, spouse, child, etc.) to receive your records, please include an authorization or release and list the representative.
If mailing your request, please be sure to add ATTN: Desire Deane-Hanson, Registrar
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the contact listed on the form. Please allow 3-5 business days for the designated recipient to receive the request. PLEASE NOTE: Once your request has been fulfilled, you must submit a new request each time, including payment.
Education Verification
For an education verification from a third-party screening company, educational institute, housing agent, etc., please fax your request to 916-566-3505. An authorization of release is required from all applicants.
